"I know full well, how investors lock on to all the negatives posted, when in reality they may either not know or just want cheap stock. It does happen folks.)"

Malcolm,

I appreciate your post however I would like to clarify some things. The 144's that were filed last month gave those that filed the opportunity to sell several hundred thousand shares of JOES stock.
The Prospectus to dilute the outstanding shares by adding 11+ million shares was also filed last month with the SEC. These are or should be reasonable and legitimate concerns of any investors or prospective investors. To discuss these issues rather than glossing over them is a more realistic approach IMHO. While JOES probably got most are all of the money last year from these transactions for financing, the impact on the stock price has occurred this year and up until the announcement that the preferred shares had been locked up, the trend was down.

I'm glad to see the lock up of these shares even though dilution has occurred. Obviously it happened because of concerns that were raised. There are a lot of good things going on with this company or none of us would still be here. It is a positive to see a company respond to shareholder concerns.

I hope you are correct about the bottom.
