Janice, I think there may actually be such a thing as criminal shorting, but it cannot be done by retail traders. Consider the tales of holders of convertible debentures shorting in offshore accounts, then covering with the cheap shares they get when cashing in their paper. Sounds illegal to me.
So *if* there is any "criminal shorting" going on.... 'nuff said.

Couple more questions the true believers should be asking.
Why did Ernst and Young [big famous company with a reputation to protect] resign as auditors?
Why was the new firm which management chose [little company I've ever heard of] not recommended or approved by the Registrant's Board of Directors?
