I am talking about the Qcharts trade rate hot sheet, I set it to show the top 100 stocks and sort it on %net. It measures the number of trades in last minute and updates each 30 seconds. The number of trades per minute reflects activity leading to moves. I am more impressed by ten 1000 share trades than a 10,000 block. A hot list like that shows what is trading fast and what is moving up.

You always see the giant dinsaurs, WCOM, DELL and etc. But watch the others closely.
