Paul, There are 8 million shares total. 4 million are closely held by various investors in Vancouver. Board of Directors just exercised all of their options to purchase 675,000 shares. I just started a thread under Meridian or MRK. There have been a few postings there and feel free to join us there. Also you can call the Company at 604-682-4488 and speak with Marcel (IR) or Rodger administrative & bookeeping. I spoke with both of them yesterday and they will answer any questions you might have.
