All I know is IPVC signed an agreement (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/990615/co_ipvoice_2.html) with LVLT, a Nasdaq stock that's now sitting triple its 52 week low. They're a mover. They've got something going. They can pull an IPVC to $10 level and if we sign on through IPVC $1 for us isn't crazy.
