Ed, I am curious about something. Is it possible for AOL to roll out DSL service on their own, or are they dependent on the local phone companies, whose lines they have access to, to deploy the necessary central offices and/or other communications build-up on which DSL is totally dependent, before AOL could offer their own customers DSL service? Wondering....
