My point exactly! If the investor perceives the rest of ZD's value (excluding ZDZ ownership) not exceeding 14% of ZDZ's value, which ZD doesn't own. Then, it wouldn't be a big surprise to see occasionally ZDZ's market cap exceeding ZD's. I am in no position to evaluate internet stocks' valuation. But if the whole market is in the internet craze, why bother to complain any disparity between two values, why bother to arbitrage? If I am not mistaken, ZD's stock price had ever been only $3 before investors discovered the gem (ZDZ) within it.

So, tell me what is the point? to indirectly bash ZDZ's valuation or what?
