It seems less than completely clear what will happen with the spinoff; there was talk that it would eventually trade OTC/BB as well, but that seems unlikely since any new issue must be minimum reporting requirements. Very good WLD you're on top of the situation....Paper work will be (if it already hasn't) filed with the SEC for the IPO of Medinah Gold stock in the near future. Medinah's plate is full at the moment with the Phase II drilling project, the JV possibilites, & the future tender offer from a MAJOR (the one you and I will bet on just as soon as you PM a few specifics ) ....I would think once things get dotted and crossed and while HOuse is back down in Chile we will see a few more issues resolved from the Caten vein & Quijano's successful lawsuit pleadings...then Medinah Gold will be on its way!!!! I would think before October, thats when the next AGM will probably be...Will we see you there?????? :-)
