to be honest I did not have the patiens to read this long post so I read the 1st and the last items:
1)all of the modern approaches view market value as present value of distributable earnings. Since msft does not pay any dividends then the value of it is 0

last let as talk about real demos: both companies demoed real 200mhz chips. Intel did not present anything faster than 200Mhz
Plus on top of that amd presented real chip while intel showed a prototype.
