I agree with you Joe, however I did not explain myself.. so used to seeing charts.. a stock that is healthy and rallying sometimes resembles a staircase.. FONR saw a huge spike on news of the award.. then it retraced down and never below 2.5 or so if that much.. well it looks as though the stock wishes to climb another step already that is very bullish then its sideways to down again... typically several weeks go by between steps.. this one appears to want take another step already.. because it carries very little downward bias and appears to be heading sideways, but there are other bullish signs.. my oscillator is tight for the weekly trend which is another good sign. If it were to flaten then ....not so good. I think the shorts got killed that is why the stock jumped off the chart. Only a nut would go short on this stock.. And most of all in this bearish market the stock is trending up against pesimism so the sentiment favors it... Not bad signs at all Joe.. I just meant it appears to want to go higher. luis
