Gunther, sorry to hear about your wife. I hope she recovers. A friend of mine recently went through the same treatments.

" Incidentally, has anyone read the detail(in the Proxy) on available payment methods to execize the options? "

Yes. Disgusting. Not only are they cheap, but they are essentially free.

The other section in the proxy that was disappointing was the discussion of earnings if you take certain options into account as compensation. I skimmed that section, and I didn't completely understand the accounting discussion, but the outcome (I think) was that if you count options as compensation, the earnings for the FY would have been about .25 instead of .33.

IF T&T comes online, and IF there is no buyout soon thereafter, I'm out. Company appears to have inordinately high expenses and appear to be taking cash cows like BNY and Warbasse and making next to nothing on them because of their high expenses. There's no reason to think they won't do the same with Big Springs and T&T. I'm no expert on utilities, but it would seem that these facilities could be brought under the umbrella of a much larger, more efficient organization and add some income to the bottom line.

Back in March I sold a small chunk of my YORK for a stake in CREE, which has since doubled and then some. Should have sold all of YORK.
