Xy, the KLAC chart is at the bottom of the list below. Of interest is
that the AMAT and KLAC charts look similar, except the present cycle
AMAT peak is much higher than in 1997. This is not true for KLAC.
Please check some of the numbers [I do make mistakes sometimes].
