Not many funds are in the Internet. They fear the volatility. Besides, Fidelity being the biggest Mutual Fund company would not want investors to give investor loans on margin so that they buy the Internets and erode the profits of the stocks that Fidelity holds. And the same goes with Schwab. Now I have DATEK and E-TRADE. E-TRADE stinks. Cannot get through to them in a timely manner. DATEK is great. DATEK is not into MUTUAL funds. That is why they have a 50% requirement for the Internets. The Fidelity folks on the other hand want to make sure that we buy the shares that their Mutual Funds hold with margin funds and not the Internet stocks.
