zonkie, It can be done but you must have buyer all the way down! Market Markers take in stock when they see potential to the up-side and wait for buyers when they don't.

Simple Solution: You see the dilution as a "bottomless pit". Would you want more shares of a company with no up-side play! Greed is at work here, that is true. You can't sell 70 Million shares with the stock staying at the same price! Get real, the price declines if no one buys and you are having a "Pipe Dream" if you thought you could get the same price for every share sold. Bottom Line: Someone has to be buying. Do you really believe that ALL 70 Million Shares could be sold at 6 cents! If the average is 3 cent the Company's stock value is 2.1 Million!

How could you get more money form the sale of stock from this point down unless you already converted and sold, which is not the case with ALL the PP Investors!

Best,
Ed

P.S. You are looking from the top down, I am looking from here down!
And you are assuming they have been "short" from day one but to do that they had to convert at a higher price (less shares)
