Roy, You are right and we used to do just that but there have been many disagreement about the company because of their Private Placement. The Past is Past and we can't change the PP. The Company still has many Excellent Deals in the works, TSIG's Management can just sit back on some of them and collect revenues! TEMPO will do its own thing and TSIG will get 10 cents for every one Sold! Lifetime Learning will get the School Music Card Program Rolling! TSIG must manage its site and make sure the customer is happy and gets his CD in a reasonable amount of time! If they overcome the PP stock dilution without to much damage and do their job reasonably well, things should work out. Best, Ed P.S.
