CMGi additional ipo requirements:

I copied this from a RB post, but did verify it at the CMGi number. They are also mailing the information to qualifying investors who have shares in street name.

1. Must own 100 or more cmgi shares by last Tues.

2. Must have access to the internet and a valid email account

3. Must be located in the US

4. No IPO share purchases by margin will be allowed

5. Must be over the age of 18

6. More details will be mailed out next Tues. 6/21
