Fed action is priced in the market now, waiting without holding is safe from the earnings debacle for the qtr.

Should one arise.

I would not be on the sidelines for the Fed now since the dbl bottom in the DOW seems set for us to test highs and probably break them.
11700 to 11900.

PRMS probably is not a pick for the move, but it hasn't broken 8, so I can keep crossing my fingers.
