I have no interest in swimming in your toilet, but having helped crater CCSI during 1998, I did spend time reviewing some of the science and epidemiology of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia to understand the problem. I applied the standard VC test - vitamin v. Pain Killer. I don't disagree with your assessment of management, and the company. I will say unequivocally that anyone who quotes Asencio like you do displays an incredible amount of ignorance. Asencio has several of the key facts wrong. IMHO, he's right, but for the wrong reasons.

If you haven't personally tested one of these machines you're a moron. My sense in reading through this board is that you'all are sort of chump change kids, so a little mistake is, well, little. If you ever decide to make some serious bets, you need to do better homework.
