Daniel Fisher is just looking at a narrow part of the story and this is capable of scaring people. He sounds like he has shorted the stock and that is what is motivating his posts. There are many more factors he is probably ignorant about that will make this deal come off well for shareholders. When this takes off, you will have maybe 15 minutes to get in and then the train will have left the station. Look at the downside risk and the upside risk if anyone needs comfort. According to Daniel, downside might be 9 points; upside looks to me to be at least double that; not bad odds. I promise I will be all over Daniel when this thing goes! Chris
