The Penny Stock Guru rates Celtic as a buy with a short term target of $2.00 and a long term target of $5.00. Knowing what I do about their properties I tend to agree with him. In particular they have some good results from the Newfoudland property where they are the 2nd largest claimsholder. This is different from Labrador where they also have property very close to Diamond Fields, (just east of the Diamond Fields block). President David Graham is leaving for the Philippines to get the exploration on theri 70% owned block there underway and a major news announcement is supposed to be coming this week.
