Dear ELF, I too recall all of what you have stated. A long time ago ( a year or so )I spoke with Mr. Muller and he was/is in fact an old friend of Murphy's. yup, I noticed the profitability has waned since the full acquisition as the cost of sales has been increasing in effect making the "holding" darn near a wash, ( overall cost of sales continues to rise as well, much to my chagrin ). When one considers all Muller Media has done for the Company overtime even if it is sold for a "paper" loss ( lower than what was paid for it ) it would still be a good move IMHO.
