Dear Shareholder,
I am writing to tell you about the latest developments at LCS Golf and how we are progressing with our current projects. Over the last 5 months LCS Golf has undergone many exiting changes. We have acquired both Playgolfnow and Golf Promo; these 2 companies have been fully integrated into the LCS Golf family.
We also signed numerous service and licensing contracts .The following highlighted firms represents merely a portion of the many companies contracted with us, ATT, Planet Direct, Golf Digest, Avis, Quest International, CCSI, , Flycast, Gary Player Direct, Sportsoft, Interland hosting services, The Sports Network, Hawthorne Direct, Venture Direct.
Developments at Mr. B III
Our commercial for the Joe Namath Magna Seat is now being test marketed in selected cities and television stations to see how we can best maximize our sales. We are in the process of negotiating several contracts with major wholesalers and retailers to position the Joe Namath line of products through out the country. We expect sales of the Joe Namath Magna Seat and The Joe Namath line of magnets as well as the other products produced by Mr. B III to show a significant increase in the 3rd quarter and throughout the holiday season.
We will do our utmost to keep you advised on the air times and stations for the commercial. Both the actual commercial and the entire line of products will soon be available for sale through our web sites.The marketing for these products will be handled over the Internet through our existing email databases and banner ads.
Developments at GolfUniverse.com, PlaygolfNow.com and GolfPromo.net
GolfUniverse.com, Playgolfnow.com and GolfPromo.net are now operating from our new corporate headquarters at 4362 NorthLake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, and Florida 33410. We have added highly qualified personnel to our staff to assist in our web development and sales & marketing. I am confident that with our expanded staff our business will grow at an accelerated pace.
The growth we have seen at our web-based business has been outstanding. GolfUniverse.com has been completely redesigned literally from the inside out. We have added the following features:

Our page views have increased over 300% in the last 5 months and continues to increase at a rapid pace.

Go for the Green Program 100 Golf courses added to program Additional travel benefits through Quest International 75 Driving Ranges added to program Revenues from our web-based operation have increased substantially. GolfUniverse is now selling up to 85 % of it is available banner ads. Pro shop sales have doubled over the last 2 months and electronic mail services and promotional campaigns for clients have tripled over the last 3 months. We expect our revenues from our ISP to increase rapidly once we begin our marketing campaign. By the beginning of July, we will begin our email campaign and will initiate an advertising program with many of the major golf magazines. Additionally, we will be distributing our brochures to our participating golf course and driving ranges. We except to have some major corporate sponsors for our ISP service very shortly.
Our direct marketing services, offered through our web sites and List Company, Venture Direct, have been the fastest growing area of our company. We offer other companies the opportunities to rent our databases and we have seen a significant interest in our services from some of the major Internet companies. We expect revenues from our direct marketing service to increase rapidly as we develop new relationships.
PlayGolfNow has developed a Go for the Green program. This program will offer Fortune 500 companies the opportunity to offer their customers a free or discounted green fee at all courses participating courses in the Play Golf Now Program. Customers will be able to tear out a coupon from a package (i.e. bottles, cans, and boxes) and receive a free or discount round of golf at a participating facility. Play Golf Now will receive a licensing fee from the Fortune 500 company and then will sell that customer a yearly membership. We currently have a number of proposals out to some Fortune 500 companies and we expect to have an agreement in the near future.
NASDAQ Filing - Form #10
Our application to become a fully reporting company will be filed within the next few weeks Our accountants have completed all the necessary audits of all the LCS golf companies and our SEC attorney are now in the process of reviewing the forms. The delay in filing form # 10 has been due to the purchase and consolidation of our acquisitions. The accountants wanted to make sure that we had no material changes in our financial position.
We are anxiously awaiting the filing of form 10 . This will allow our shareholders and the investment community the opportunity to view our operations through a fair and open reporting system .
In closing, I believe we have made incredible progress in the last 5 months. We now have a very strong infrastructure consisting of a corporate headquarters, a highly qualified staff and a committed management team to execute our business plan. However we must remain true our business plan. We will continue to update you on any new developments. We will only release news on agreements that have been finalized and are of substantial importance to the company. We are not interested in putting out any news just for the sake of putting out news.
