I tend to agree with you. But the writers/source of outright lies should be prosecuted IMO. Otherwise companies and/or their officers/representatives would no longer be responsible for their actions or to their shareholders. Promoters, while a necessary part of any business IMO, must be held to a standard that involves truth as well.
