I like McCain but don't feel great about Christie or Guiliani! Guiliani scares me... I think he has a complex which means he may act too tough because he is trying to overcome something.Christie is my Governer and you can see my earlier post on my opinion on her fiscal report. Besides she would just be a token woman imho. Cain has some pretty checkered years after Vietnam when he was a real playboy (I have read) and this may hurt him. This bothers me not at all because I look at the totality of the candidate and all of us have something we would like kept off the front pages. George W. has the same problem and I think the media may screw it up for both of them. I have no real problem with George W. and the job he is doing as Governor. I am impressed with his ability to attract hispanic support. I think he is a pretty good guy but I think he may not have the laser point kind of mind or discipline to be Pres. (But now that I think of RR's last years and George Sr.'s always fishing in Maine wile the Gulf war was on, hmmmm.) Plus George W. will have to decide on positions and they may not be acceptable by the mass Republicans. Remember, Colin Powell is only popular because we don't know where he stands on anything! It is going to be a rollercoaster ride! Right now the only one I would trust from republican party to be president is McCain. Although I disagree with the recent legislation he is promoting to limit an individuals right to sue because of Y2K problems. He is demonizing the "trial lawyers" for frivolous lawsuits. I don't want anyone restricing anyone's right to their day in court. I feel if someone has the stamina to litigate they should get their chance. Justmho GoodDay!
