I should include FSPHX in the relatively low list. Thanks. In my previous post (#1906) I should say "relatively low and improving Technical signals."

Sine mid April the big money began unload big name drug stocks and FSPHX was out of favor. FSPHX will move back up when the fund managers move back to MRK, LLY, etc. The small investors (us) do not have resources to move big caps up or down.
