George, i'm planning to participate. assuming that the big institutional holders and debt holders participate, there will be a dilution effect on the number of shares we hold. by participating, you can keep your ratio intact and bring the average cost of your shares down substantially. If, and this is still a big if, SW can manage to get back on track following US domestication, get back on the nasdaq smallcap, and get the price moving north, the 0.12 shares will pay off. It's certainly not the best situation right now, but at least there is a plan for bringing SW back.
