Hi ! Southview does look like a possible winner. They do appear to have some good properties and a good working relationship with many junior exploration\mining companies. The only thing I dislike is the way stocks like SWC jump when some Guru or Stock Forum metions it. The stock had been trading for a long time in the 35-40 cent range, now in the high 47+ cent range just because it was mentioned. I hope to wait and see if it falls back a few cents, then I'll buy. SWC looks like a good short and long term investment. Happy Investing !!
