It appears that the NAS market is going to enjoy very healthy growth going forward and that NTAP will participate in that growth. I note (along with others) the entry of bigger players (ie CPQ) into this market. Without getting overly technical, anyone care to take a stab at what factors play in NTAP's favour from the perspective of convincing customers not to switch? What I'm trying to say is how easy is it for a client to switch suppliers? What makes NTAP the better provider? Presumably, once a customer is using NTAP product, there are challenges to switching to a different supplier. Can anyone enlighten me?

Should point out that I'm long, believe this to be an excellent opportunity, but would like to know more about the risk of one of the "big guys" taking our market share. (Nice to have Dell playing on our side).

Thanks for any input.
