Oddly enough this is how any CEO is judged, for that very simple statement you posted. Do I need a golden parachute??? No way... there are too many other public companies already offering them, at the moment. But they have too many strings and conditions attached. So I think I will stick around, its nice having a friendly BoD and shareholders, that don't bother you... as long as you can justify the actions and course the company is pursuing. KAA
