I understand your concern that this is just the beginning of something much worse. It occurred to me that the reason that they originally put the link up in that hideous shade of green was so that everyone would complain about the color and then they would respond immediately by changing it and then everyone would be happy and forget that they had put an ad up at all. I too, am concerned that we are being mined for info (Datek happens to be my broker, so its a wash for me).

Just a simple question- If they offered you your money back that you paid for your subscription, would you take your money back and post elsewhere? And where would you go?
