Can't remember all the details, but at the level of decision it's not likely to end in aconfrontation. Glenmore has 2 seats on the MPV board, and will have to be a party to whatever comes up. I don;t remember the dates but I'm pretty sure GMH is close to being free to sell it's shares if push came to shove. Institutions hold another 30^ plus so any decision making is subject to several strong influences other than current management, and obviously price would be a major one.

There's no simple answer to what you are wondering but knowing some of the people involved I am confident that sensible decisions or recommendations at any rate will be made. All this has been foreseen and considered for a long time.
