The US Supreme Court hearings on the Communications Decency Act which start today should help focus on products such as Net Nanny. Today's Globe & Mail article by Geoffrey Rowan mentions Net Nanny and quotes President Gordon Ross.

In my opinion, I think NNS has got it right - empower the individual, rather than sanitize the whole net.
