QCHARTS: What A Hassle!

I've been reading such good things about QCharts lately, I decided to give it a try. What a hassle that turned out to be!

I went to their website to subscribe. Downloading and installing the program was easy and successful, but trying to subscribe to the service was a nightmare. I filled out all the necessary info fields -- name, address, credit card info, etc. -- but I got an error message saying that my username had already been taken. So, naturally, I changed it and tried again.

The second time, I got the same error message -- "You have left out important information" -- and I checked to see what was missing this time. I saw that somehow the "State" part of the address had disappeared, so I re-entered it.

The next thing I saw an error message saying that my "email address was already in the database." Huh? What was it telling me to do? Oh, and the "State" field had been mysteriously emptied again, too.

So I tried again, this time changing my email address (I have quite a few available email addresses) and triple-checking all the form fields for correct content. But it was hopeless. I got another error message, then another and another, all saying the same thing as before.

Finally, the last straw was an error message about my credit card that said "DO NOT HONOR" !! What?! I only HOPE that that was a precautionary step on the part of my bank or on the part of QCharts to protect my CC from what might seem to be suspicious usage -- and not a result of having had QCharts charge my CC for every failed subscription attempt!

I sent them an email query regarding this nightmare, but I do not expect to hear back from them until tomorrow. In the meantime, I am frustrated and angry. I am having second thoughts about proceeding with QCharts. I have made many online CC transactions, but this is the first time I have ever had any problems whatsoever. Not a good sign.
