Anyone else follow this company? Informatic buys a 20% stake and gets 40+% of the board. Something must be going on between the two.

Also, doesn't increase in DSL bode well for Boca? Who gets the lion's share of DSL market?

Any insight into management issues or technology would be greatly appreciated.
