Alliance Consumer International, Inc. (www.acillc.com) is an international provider of 60 products and solutions for home cleaning, personal care and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. Located in Lynwood, California, the company's products are designed to offer stores and their consumers equivalent products in quality and performance to ''brand name'' items while offering significantly higher margins to retailers and lower costs to consumers.
According to David Molayem, President, ''we will continue to capitalize on the strong momentum we have created in early 1999 and look forward to extending our strong start through the remainder of fiscal year 1999.'' Further, Mr. Molayem noted that, ''to maintain this growth, ACI is currently in the process of changing its existing lender and anticipates a change in the near future. The Company's sale in the second quarter of 1999 have been impacted by restrictions imposed by its lending arrangement hampering our growth.'' ACI will seek to raise additional capital in the third quarter to accommodate the growth ACI is experiencing.
