Jim, DAY's day in court still ongoing, maybe you should call Quijano down in Chile and discuss it with him. The court docket number is getting smaller.

P.S. Any idea when and where that next AGM will be for MDHM???
Seems strange that no one has ever found out when and were the AGM's are held for the 20% owner of this firm, NPEC.. Don't you find that strange? I do. I have asked there firm (NPEC) many times, yet never answered. Now that's a topic for discussion IMO.... Best we take it to the NPEC board even if it has much to do with MDHM, as NPEC will have to give MDHM lot's of cash for the PFRD. options on the stock they hold.

JIm the Medinah Mining & Medinah Gold AGM's will most probably occur in October and probably at the same hotel. My logic says Medinah Mining AGM will be to vote on a tender offer, and the Medinah Gold to vote on approval of its new board. My guess on NPEC and strictly an arm chair quarterback issue is that you will not see a NPEC AGM. Why?, because it is not needed. I see them selling the MDHM assets to a tender offer and spinning off Metroplus.

You seem obsessed with this share issue, you know you will not get an answer on a message thread or an email. what you should do is bring it up when you CALL Les Price, and talk to him about it. If you try hard enough and keep after it he will get back with you. My guess is he is extremly hard to get ahold of these days....

To Jim & to coug: Post Bre-X days and SEC monitoring and in my opinion keep junior exploration companies from saying too much. There are standard and widely accepted mining priciples that are followed and I accept Medinah's inferred resources, even though it doesn't take a geologist to realize they are very conservative.
