Edwarda, I am a believer in the residual dividend policy because there is ample economic justification for the approach. That's why I have problems with share buybacks that don't meet certain stringent economic hurdles. Of course this doesn't preclude changing the capital structure of a company by changing the debt to equity ratio. TTFN, CTC
