It's definitely not the BEST way to finance the company (and
reward the directors), BUT its much better than JV 50% out and
losing that clout. This company will have enough funds for the next two
years. Insiders have control (% wise) of the stock. Seriously,
with a nine mile fault with only the first 20-25% looked at(with
anomalies galore!!) and 9K to go, would you want to give it away
to a JV? This COULD be a historical situation that we are on at
1.22 cdn. Take care
