Janice, Very nicely done, engaging and to the point (especially for legalese.) A positive response by the obvious good guys. Most of the relentless attacks on you here at SI have been orchestrated by fraudulent penny promoters, their numerous aliases and their ankle-biting sympathizers. It is in the self-interest of the shills to shut-up, shout down and defame you and your on-line associates. It is to the benefit of the rest of us that they do not succeed. I find it contemptible (and chilling) that Business Wire has never defended its reputation by suing any client responsible for fraudulent PR distributed across its network. Instead, Business Wire chooses to serve as a unwitting but useful tool for promoters of scams while at the same attacking the freedom of speech of those who criticize the process. Regrettably, the plaintiff appears to be spearheading a SLAPP suit that only benefits every penny stock hustler with access to the Internet. Surely, the courts will not help Business Wire achieve such misguided goals. Regards, Michael
