Bob, my comments on the Maneks deal.

1. There was no dollar amount mentioned. There was a reference to the fact that the exact models required has yet to be determined, so any dollar amounts are unknown as yet.

2. Turkey is an exotic country to me. While it has a middle class which is becoming more assertive, Turkey may be aspects that could seem more backward than the typical European country. I think we will have to wait and see how this deal develops.

3. I have utmost confidence in Bill's credit checking abilities. No cash, no shipping. There is also the ability to remotely check how much feedstock is being processed. And if there is any problem in collecting royalty payments, well I'm sure there are ways to work that. Maneks may wind up with the entire country with GRNO units running everywhere. They don't want to shortchange the goose that lays those golden eggs. And Turkey is not some ex-socialist country that doesn't have its act together, legally speaking. It wants to be integrated into the European system.

4. Some news releases mention royalties, some don't. No royalties are mentioned in the news releases about Research Fuels, Maneks, and SMEBA. The WOMIX and Midwest releases mention royalties. The earlier release on November 25 about the Recoil deal did not mention royalties, but the later one did.

I feel a question to MCC is in order about royalties. I hereby volunteer to call to clarify that issue and to report back here on what I find out.
