What you have to understand about Australia is that their browser casinos can accept bets from anyone anywhere in world, however, their citizens are NOT at liberty to patronize casinos outside of their boundaries, particularly those licensed in the Caribbean. Who really knows if better protections are afforded customers because in reality e-cash banking solutions guarantee security of funds, provide confidentiality from tax authorities and may even pay interest on funds on deposit. The Caribbean is still the jurisdiction of choice in the opinion of many in the Internet casino business at least until Australia drops their restrictions.
