Either there is a problem with the weekly portion of your scan or you need to put some braces in:

if cci(0) > -150 and // The cci is above -150 today

( cci(-2) < -150 or // 2 weeks prior it was below

cci(-1) < -150 ) // last week it was below

I do many similar scans with no problem but I don't use "weekly".
