Not sure why you keep emphasizing this one. They have no permission to sell to those markets, and haven't announced any intentions to apply for further approvals. It's just boilerplate which is unlikely to have any material impact anytime soon.

Doesn't tell us much, does it. We don't know what DO is going to actually sell these things for ("list price" doesn't count) and we definitely don't know how much it costs to make them. Bottom line is that we still don't know if they can make money selling them. The current arrangement could very well result in ongoing losses...
