I thought maybe the "long term friendship" reference that our "expert" made may
be a factor in our hanging on to an business entity that clearly has NOTHING to do with
DCTC's future.

In retrospect, it would certainly appear that the Company would have been much better off not paying the $3 mil it did for Muller, doesn't it? Well, I suppose it is important in the business world to keep one's word, whether given to an old friend, or in an arms length transaction. But still............
