More or less agree with your assessment, except for the part about management. This seems to be a great company, but management (mostly the CFO) seems to be a bunch of amateurs when dealing with the street. There was any number of ways to avoid this fiasco with the share price. For what its worth, hopefully they will/have learned their lesson. Based on any reasonable valuation, this stock is certainly worth more than the current price. Would accumulate here, management knows how to make money, and if we are lucky maybe they will get a CFO who is better suited to a public company. If we get a chance my shares are voting for a new CFO.
