David,
Hi!!
RE: Dell may be a runner, but it looks like they may tripped over a bump in the obstacle course. The Tennessean, the local Nashville newspaper, is reporting significant resistance to their pending move to Nashville.

I can't imagine a community not wanting the type of employment opportunities that DELL has provided the Austin area with...sooner or later someone will wish to develop..we've experienced a similar situation here in upstate NY....The comments we heard from the folks that worked for DELL last summer during the shareholders and the quality of the area we witnessed were very impressive...we've had the same type of resistance up here in our area with a smaller type of possible expansion many years ago....the ones that cried about the expansion wanted to stop the flow of traffic from ruining the area...well, needless to say you can't stop business and folks from wanting to create a better life style...as much as many would like the area to remain pristine...Jobs create a better lifestyle...unemployment surely doesn't...BTW we have a constant flow of traffic in the area...all their crying didn't work...and of course...the taxes...well, they are way up...without the proposed expansion....

Best, Kemble
