I don't have time to type out the entire list from the proxy statement or all the footnotes, but 23 executive officers and directors owned 9.4 million shares or 13% of the outstanding--presplit. Jacobs 3.185 million shares (4.47%); Viterbi 1.75 million shares (2.47%); Neil Kadisha 1.56 million shares (2.2%). The above figures include shares subject to exercise prior to February 11, 1999 in the amount of 1.899 million. Jacobs had 467,000 shares under option (remember he sold them); Viterbi 176,000 shares under option, and Kadisha had 50,000 under options exercisable within 60 days of December 10, 1998.
