MFD-You probably are: This is about the third or fourth acquisition of an Israeli based high tech comm. firm by a larger US firm. It makes wall street look at Israel as incubator for hi tech corps. to be taken over. I look for this inference to have a positive effect on this little doggie's share price. JFD
