Tom give it up. You are just wasting your time. KRT management have been trying their best to keep this company afloat. I doubt if there is enough money in the bank to cover their salaries as well as pay for present and future cash calls. I bet their only true compensation is the value of the shares they hold, and insiders information. Two questions that really matters ar this stage of the game are:
1. When are they going to release the results?
2. What was the purpose of agreeing to buy a NASDAQ OTC shell company?

As far as I can tell, this company has no full-time employees, and is run by its board of directors who are shareholders themselves - not employees. In the next few weeks, if a release of the last drilling results is announced, we will know the true value of KRT shares.
For those who do not know this is a speculative buy not a value investment. That is you can have far above average return on your investment or lose the bulk of your investment in KRT.
Just my opinion.
