Why dwell (or should I use the word obsess?) on an issue (the delay in the fourth quarter) that has nothing to do with the performance of the NewKidCo today? How can you say that "none" of the buyout terms were met when the 4,000,000 shares have become exercisable? NewKidCo LLC has obviously met or exceeded the terms required for the buyout of the remaining 25%, and actually made a profit in Q4 with their "continuing business", as well as a comfortable profit in Q1.
Esecurities, what exactly do you want? The company seems to be doing great, they are posting profits, they have released several successful games and have several more that seem like "can't miss" winners due out later this year. Do you think the stock price should go straight to $25 a share instead of getting there slowly over the next few months? I'll wait.
I don't mind a little healthy pessimism once in a while... but this continued looking for things that "could", "possibly", "maybe there was a second Elmo on the grassy knoll", be going on is a waste of this thread's purpose, and this reader's time.
BTW, I agree with the recent posts re: Please just get to the point Esecurities... I'm certain that you lose half of your readers before you even attempt to make sense of your posts. |
